Formation of the Street
Ivan Kotliarevskyi Street is located in the historic district of Kastelivka, which began to form at the end of the 19th century as an elite residential area. This district was planned with contemporary urban ideas: straight or gently curved street lines, greenery, and the organic integration of architecture into the natural landscape. The development is predominantly villa-style and low-rise, featuring elements of Secession, historicism, and modernism.
