The former income-generating residential building at 75 Ivana Franka Street is a vivid example of Lviv Secession architecture from the early 20th century.
The tenement house (former address: 47 Zyblikiewicza Street) was constructed in 1906–1907 according to a design by architect Tadeusz Obmiński. The building represents the trend of Rational Secession, combining restrained façade composition with well-thought-out functionality and refined decorative details.

During the interwar period, the building housed Petrushevskyi’s blanket factory, which is a characteristic example of the integration of residential and industrial functions within the urban fabric of that time.
