As part of the World Art Nouveau Days in Lviv, the artistic and educational event “Echoes of an Era: 20th-Century Music in the Context of Art Nouveau” brought together a lecture and a piano concert dedicated to the musical culture of the early twentieth century.
Guests of the event had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Art Nouveau period through music, one of the most expressive reflections of the artistic ideas and innovations of its time. The lecture was delivered by Nadiia Lavrin, a senior music educator and methodologist, who introduced the audience to the development of twentieth-century music, its major stylistic trends, and the key composers who shaped the era.
A special highlight of the evening was the concert performed by students of the Bohdan-Yurii Yanivskyi Lviv Music School No. 6. The young musicians captivated the audience with their talent, dedication, and heartfelt performances, bringing the music of the twentieth century to life for contemporary listeners.
