ЛКП “Бюро спадщини” спільно з реставраційною майстернею “Гарда” організували захопливий та навчальний воркшоп, присвячений відкриттю історичних розписів у будинку на вул. Нечуя Левицького, 19. Ця подія стала чудовою нагодою для учасників долучитися до збереження історичної спадщини Львова та здобути цінні навички у сфері реставрації. Заходи були безкоштовними, що дозволило долучитися всім охочим, проте місця швидко заповнилися.
Воркшоп проводили досвідчені фахівці на чолі з реставраторкою Іриною Гірною, яка спеціалізується на відновленні та збереженні історичних розписів. “Ми не лише передаємо технічні знання, але й намагаємося донести важливість збереження таких історичних пам’яток для майбутніх поколінь”, — зазначила Ірина Гірна під час події.
Нагадаємо, будинку №19 на вул. Нечуя Левицького були виявлені унікальні сецесійні розписи, зокрема, квіткові композиції на стелі під’їзду, що є прикладом високоякісного мистецтва початку XX століття. “Це мистецтво, яке вражає своєю витонченістю та ручною роботою. Кожен елемент розписів свідчить про високу майстерність художників тієї епохи. Завдяки зацікавленості мешканців нам вдалося цьогоріч відреставрували ті, які були при головному вході в будинок”, — розповіла Ірина Гірна.
“Подібні заходи допомагають мешканцям міста глибше усвідомити важливість збереження нашої культурної спадщини. Важливо, щоб кожен з нас зрозумів, що ми відповідальні за збереження цих унікальних пам’яток. Дякуємо реставраторці Ірині Гірній та її команді за організацію, а учасникам за зацікавленість та участь. Неодмінно проводитимо подібні заходи ще”, — наголосила директор ЛКП “Бюро спадщини” Стефанія Топилко.
Нагадаємо, минулого року ЛКП “Бюро спадщини” спільно з реставраційною майстернею “Гарда” провели майстер-клас з відкриття історичних поліхромій (стінописів) будинку-пам’ятки на вул. І. Рутковича, 12. Участь в цьому майстер-класі прийняло близько 50 учасників.
Житловий багатоквартирний будинок був зведений у 1906–1907 роках за проектом архітектора Якуба Рисяка. Це триповерхова споруда з планом у формі літери “Г”. Основна частина будинку виходить на вулицю, а внутрішнє крило утворює офіцину. Фасад будівлі, розташований по вуличній лінії, оздоблений розкріповками. Планування і декоративні елементи в стилі сецесії (зокрема, маскарони під карнизом) дзеркально відтворюють композицію сусіднього будинку №17.

“Heritage Bureau,” in collaboration with the restoration workshop “Garda,” organized an engaging and educational workshop focused on uncovering historical murals in the building located at 19 Nechuya Levytskoho Street. This event provided a wonderful opportunity for participants to contribute to the preservation of Lviv’s historical heritage and acquire valuable restoration skills. The workshop was free of charge, allowing everyone interested to join, but spots quickly filled up.
The workshop was led by experienced specialists, with the guidance of restorer Iryna Hirna, who specializes in the restoration and preservation of historical murals. “We not only pass on technical knowledge but also aim to emphasize the importance of preserving such historical monuments for future generations,” noted Iryna Hirna during the event.
As a reminder, unique Art Nouveau murals were discovered in the building at 19 Nechuya Levytskoho Street, particularly floral compositions on the ceiling of the entrance, which are an example of high-quality art from the early 20th century. “This art amazes with its delicacy and manual craftsmanship. Each element of the murals reflects the high skill of the artists of that era. Thanks to the interest of the residents, we were able to restore those murals near the main entrance to the building this year,” shared Iryna Hirna.
“Such events help city residents gain a deeper understanding of the importance of preserving our cultural heritage. It’s crucial for each of us to realize that we are responsible for preserving these unique monuments. We are grateful to restorer Iryna Hirna and her team for organizing this event, and to the participants for their interest and involvement. We will certainly continue to hold similar events,” emphasized the director of LKP “Heritage Bureau,” Stefania Topylko.
As a reminder, last year, LKP “Heritage Bureau,” in collaboration with the restoration workshop “Garda,” held a master class on uncovering historical polychrome murals at the heritage building located at 12 Rutkovycha Street. Around 50 participants took part in that master class.
The residential building at 19 Nechuya Levytskoho Street was constructed between 1906 and 1907, based on a project by architect Yakub Rysiak. This three-story building has a floor plan in the shape of the letter “G.” The main part of the building faces the street, while the inner wing forms a courtyard. The façade, located along the street line, is decorated with projections. The planning and decorative elements in the Art Nouveau style (including mascarons under the cornice) mirror the composition of the neighboring building at 17 Nechuya Levytskoho Street.
